For a dodge dealership that does not stock oil for diesel oil change is not acceptable. Went in for my Dodge Ram 1500 Eco diesel oil change which was supposed to be 1.5 hours to 2 hours give or take and was oil change is not acceptable. Extremely bad experience 4 1/2hr to do simple.
