I had an EV problem, I told them after discussing with electrician GM hired to install my dedicated outlet that I probably had a faulty charging cable. Seems pretty simple. They had me bring in my car 1st thing the next morning. They had my car all day, did nothing. They charged it overnight and could not replicate the problem (I told them the problem would not happen since it was 3/4 charged). So, they said everything was fine, would not let me speak to the tech as requested, and told me to call GM. 1 hour on phone to GM and was told I had to go to another dealer who could service EV's (another 2 days no car, but this dealer gave me a loaner). Turns out charging cable is faulty and will be replaced. I no longer trust this dealer for EV problems. More

They fixed my car as expected, but the furniture in the waiting room was dilapidated. The fabric on all of the chairs was threadbare, and the legs of one chair were soon to break off. The rich owners should pay for a simple renovation at least! More
