Make sure to follow up with your sales person on the details. Still waiting to hear back on that... Oh, wait, I bought a car there because the one I brought for service was unable to be fixed due to the GM strike. That was August 15th...still waiting for any word. More
I purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado from another dealership and have had nothing but problems. After multiple attempts from another local Chevy dealership to fix my truck it was still leaking fluid, dealership and have had nothing but problems. After multiple attempts from another local Chevy dealership to fix my truck it was still leaking fluid, overheating, and breaking down. I took my truck to Hanlee's for a routine service and they were able to find multiple problems within the first 15 minutes. The service advisor German Franco went above and beyond helping me. He was honest and provided me with multiple options on how to get my vehicle fixed all under my trucks 100K mile warranty. I paid nothing except for the maintenance that I took it there for. From now on I will always bring my truck here German has earned my trust. More
I had an EV problem, I told them after discussing with electrician GM hired to install my dedicated outlet that I probably had a faulty charging cable. Seems pretty simple. They had me bring in my car 1st electrician GM hired to install my dedicated outlet that I probably had a faulty charging cable. Seems pretty simple. They had me bring in my car 1st thing the next morning. They had my car all day, did nothing. They charged it overnight and could not replicate the problem (I told them the problem would not happen since it was 3/4 charged). So, they said everything was fine, would not let me speak to the tech as requested, and told me to call GM. 1 hour on phone to GM and was told I had to go to another dealer who could service EV's (another 2 days no car, but this dealer gave me a loaner). Turns out charging cable is faulty and will be replaced. I no longer trust this dealer for EV problems. More
