They fixed my car as expected, but the furniture in the waiting room was dilapidated. The fabric on all of the chairs was threadbare, and the legs of one chair were soon to break off. Hanlees Service had my 2021 Z71 for over a month, needed a new engine after 20k, no offer of a loaner, no help with rental costs, dealership never called me to update me or even tell me that they were repla a new engine after 20k, no offer of a loaner, no help with rental costs, dealership never called me to update me or even tell me that they were replacing the engine. I had to call week after week, where I was met with unprofessional customer service. It’s not their fault that the engine had the problem, but they represent the manufacturer and clearly they aren’t putting the customer needs first. When I was picking up the vehicle I asked the service manager to call GM with me to raise my concerns about my rental car bills he indicated he didn’t have the time. To add insult to injury, the car was parked outside and was covered with a thick layer of dust when I picked it up, I asked about a car wash and they informed me that it wasn’t something they offer. I can’t recommend the service department based on my interaction with them. I am hopeful the mechanical problems are fixed. More
