Friendly staff at the service department and work completed within the timeframe quoted. Great location and comfortable waiting area with coffee available. I would suggest that the area along the fen completed within the timeframe quoted. Great location and comfortable waiting area with coffee available. I would suggest that the area along the fence between the dealership and Chiles Road be trimmed back, pick up trash, mow weeds, maybe drop in some rocks or bark and make it look nice. Looks pretty bad and would be a good neighborly thing to do and give customers a good first impression when driving in. More

Replaced obviously damaged battery bolts, so damaged ther would fall out of the battery on 2 occasions. This seems such an obvvious failure if quality control. ( I was able to find replacement bolts at O'Rei would fall out of the battery on 2 occasions. This seems such an obvvious failure if quality control. ( I was able to find replacement bolts at O'Reillys less than 10 minutes away) while the service rep claims it would take 5 days, hence the shoddy sevice. I cant trust this place with a simple oil change. Never coming back and making a complaint with state auto services Plus, they charged 6 times the cost of a cabin air filter I later found to be available for $15. Ive long be suspicious of the overpricing but failure on 2 account with magled battery connections is too much. Never returning!. More
