After a few offers from the dealer we finally were offered a fair price for our trade in. Then we got a good price from the dealer on a CX5. Car is in great shape. Low miles. Good service records. Biggest downside was when we test drove the car it was dirty and had less than a gallon of gas. We were told that the car would be filled up and washed before we left. We made sure while signing paperwork that this was still the case. They said yes, we will go fill it up and wash it was we finish a few more signatures. We wanted to verify because we signed something about car being as-is and not coming with anything else. They assured that just meant no extended warranty, it would come with gas. Unfortunately after we signed all paperwork and were given keys that used cars don’t get washed or come with any gas. Would’ve been nice to know that from the beginning. And the process took at least an hour longer than any other car we’ve ever purchased. Other than that it was a good experience. They even beat the APR we got from our bank. 4 out of 5 star experience. More

I have never dealt with a dealership without walking away aggravated until now. We even had a slight bump in the road and they made it very easy on me and quickly handled it. I now have the best truck I've ever owned and couldn't be happier. The best part was my salesman Jay. He listened to me, was extremely patient and easy to work with. He left me feeling like I got an honest deal, even if I didn't...lol I got an excellent deal though...no complaints and if you knew me you would know this is huge coming out of my mouth. More
Took our 2022 electric car in on 8/02 for message alert. Turns out battery was bad and needed warranty replacement. Got car back 3 weeks later filthy and scratched. Was obviously just left outside the entire time and whoever scratched the car apparently didn’t care. I had asked for a loaner and was told they didn’t have one, but I could rent a car and would be reimbursed $45/day. I checked on that and the cost would have been well over $120/day. No thanks. More

They listened to my concerns, diagnosed and confirmed the repair needed and kept me up to date every step of the way while my car was bein service. I originally purchased my car at Hanlees from Dave Estacio and every time I had my car serviced there I was completely satisfied. I only trust taking my Vette to Hanlees in Davis for major service!
