DO NOT TRUST HANLEES DAVIS CHEVROLET SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I took my truck in back in January, and they still have it, with no clear updates other than, “We’re waiting for parts.” Every time we call, we ge I took my truck in back in January, and they still have it, with no clear updates other than, “We’re waiting for parts.” Every time we call, we get the same vague response with no real timeline. When we first dropped off the truck, we told them we had already scanned it, and it showed a bad injector, which is covered under warranty. Instead of listening, they ignored the diagnosis and dragged our insurance into it, claiming it was probably contaminated diesel. Our insurance paid for a cleaning, only for Hanlees to later admit it actually was a bad injector—just like we originally told them! Because of their incompetence, my insurance skyrocketed for something that was always a manufacturer’s defect and should have been covered under warranty from the start. We even contacted Chevrolet corporate, but nothing has been done. This dealership is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. They refuse to take responsibility, and I still don’t have my truck back. I DO NOT recommend this service department to anyone! Avoid this place unless you want to be stuck without your vehicle for months! More
