The Dealership charged an excessive amount of money to “diagnose” the particular problem with my vehicle…. After the experience It seemed as if they do this to allow them to make a hefty profit of their customers without having to perform any actual repairs once the customer realizes that the dealership’s services are un-affordable. The quote for my particular repair ($1,200) was more than double of what the two competitors within a mile quoted the repair at. $(441) and ($600) If they up charge this much on repairs, I can only imagine how much they must up charge on their brand new vehicles More
The staff was prompt and friendly. The process was smooth. It took about 30 minutes for my oil change & tire rotation. The guy who told me my car was ready helped me carry the boxes to my car and helped load them in. He was very friendly & outgoing. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. More

From my first phone call to the dealership, every interaction with the service manager, Justin Price, service representative, Chase Baliey, and technician, Lance Collins, has been impeccable, polite, friendly, caring, helpful, and knowledgeable..Their expertise and persistence enabled them to diagnose and solve a challenging issue on my 2022 Chevy Equinox. They kept me in the loop at every stage of the process, and appointments were on time. Mr. Graff, you are blessed to have these men on your team at Hank Graff Chevrolet.
