Service dept didn’t have record of my car being there two months ago. ( Felt like I was being put off because of lack of loaner vehicles) For the second time they put dye in my oil to examine in a couple of months ago. This was already done two months ago with diagnosis of a hole in my oil pan. Had to start all over again instead of getting this problem resolved. I’m disappointed and inconvenienced. Still no clue if I will have a loaner car available when I call again about the oil leak next week. More

Had oil change and tires rotated. Last time in for service changed air filter and said I had a broken vacuume line, argued and said they broke it because you have to disconnet it first before changing air filter. Chould not prove they broke it and paid $100 to have it fixed! WILL NOT BE BACK. Have bought 5 cars from graff but no more! More
