I walked in expecting to get an oi change, tire rotation, and a coolant flush. I asked them to additionally change out my back wiper as it is falling apart. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. After about an hour and a half, I was told that my car was done. I went and paid with my service advisor and left. My advisor was great for the most part. Even started my car for me so it would be warm for my drive home. Two days later, it was raining. I turned on my back wiper and it was not pretty. I looked at my reciept - no mention of replacing the wiper blade. Not real happy about that. I also still have my old oil change sticker on my windshield, and I am having trouble peeling it off. How do I know the service was even completed? They did change my oil life warning. But I am not happy with the issues above. More

The people are always friendly and nice. They got my vehicle into the body shop right away and initially the communication from them on the progress was great but in the last couple of week They got my vehicle into the body shop right away and initially the communication from them on the progress was great but in the last couple of weeks I had to call several times to get a status and my insurance company stopped paying for my rental vehicle because they said they had contacted the dealership several times and left voicemails but didn’t get any response; however, I called James in the body shop and he did take care of it right away even though I don’t think it was his job to deal with that part. Rating the body shop by itself they deserve 4 stars. They took good care of me and their work looked great. They did their part and had the repairs done two weeks before I received my vehicle back. Apparently, the delay was with the service department who was supposed to check the function, alignment, ect. after the body shop completed their work and the cleanup crew. I give that part of the process 3 starts. As far as the cleanup crew’s work I will say that the vehicle looked great when I finally did pick it up. This is my third time using your body shop for this vehicle and we lease it from your dealership so my wife and I have been happy so far. The lease on the vehicle is up this month so I’m sure you’ll see us in a couple weeks. More
