Went in for oil change. Tire rotation. They missed the hole in the engine and poured oil on the intake and down the side of the exhaust. Got home, could smell oil burning, 1 Tire rotation. They missed the hole in the engine and poured oil on the intake and down the side of the exhaust. Got home, could smell oil burning, 1/4 in of oil on the intake and oil dripping on floor of garage. Went back to dealership and complained. The service manager intervened and promptly got the truck cleaned up. More

Quick in and out, easy to understand direction from the oil change staff. Courteous, although I did not appreciate being referred to as 'darling, dear, sweetheart.' I am sure it was meant with kindness, but when the person who initially welcomed me (a 20-something year old gentleman) referred to me (a 60ish-year old woman) in that way it was pretty cringe inducing. Again, I'm sure it was meant kindly but I would encourage him not to do so in the future. More
