I appreciated him telling me MERRY CHRISTMAS, he too was amazing, I got my cracked Windshield repaired by Eric. Eric did a great job repairing my windshield, and they had me out of there in no time. My oil was changed, all the little things that needed to be checked and filled were done with care, and I was good to go. I love Hank Graff! More

I walked in expecting to get an oi change, tire rotation, and a coolant flush. I asked them to additionally change out my back wiper as it is falling apart. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. After about an hour and a half, I was told that my car was done. I went and paid with my service advisor and left. My advisor was great for the most part. Even started my car for me so it would be warm for my drive home. Two days later, it was raining. I turned on my back wiper and it was not pretty. I looked at my reciept - no mention of replacing the wiper blade. Not real happy about that. I also still have my old oil change sticker on my windshield, and I am having trouble peeling it off. How do I know the service was even completed? They did change my oil life warning. But I am not happy with the issues above. More
