On August 24th, I had an appointment to get my oil changed and went to check everything again to make sure everything was OK with all fluids in my car and noticed I had no Coolit or antifreeze in my c changed and went to check everything again to make sure everything was OK with all fluids in my car and noticed I had no Coolit or antifreeze in my car that it was completely empty and before my oil change appointment it was full, so when they did my oil change they empty the antifreeze out and didn't refill it and didn't tell me they empty it and that I needed to refill it, which caused my car to start smoking from the front under the hood and from my muffler and my car is still smoking from both places and I have antifreeze in it so something is wrong because of someone emptying the antifreeze which I believe caused damage to my car so now I have to take it in and have it looked at and also I have a 5 yr old that was in my car when this all happened and if anything would have happened while the child was in the car, they would be more problems because the service people should have never empty the antifreeze without refilling it again because on the paper I was given after the appointment it says all fluids were topped off if needed so if that's what happened then why didn't they refill the antifreeze/cooling stuff. More
