This is the second time I have been told you needed to order a part and I would be notified when the part was available. After waiting several week I have called to check on the part only to find out the order a part and I would be notified when the part was available. After waiting several week I have called to check on the part only to find out the part was in your store and no one could figure out why I had not been contacted. Your communication system has a flaw. Please do better. I am extremely happy with the other aspects of the service department. More

Very pleased with Hank Graff Chevrolet of Davison. I've bought used vehicles, had collision repairs, and been going to their service department for about 19 years. Cody Ryan is a great service advisor I've bought used vehicles, had collision repairs, and been going to their service department for about 19 years. Cody Ryan is a great service advisor, he knows me, and knows my vehicles. Most recently, I just had my windshield replaced here, they sublet glass replacement to Security Auto Glass, Eric handled the entire process, even connecting all 3 of us with the insurance company to get the claim paid, and working with Cody to have the frontcamera recalibrated after the windshield was installed. I highly recommend Hank Graff Chevrolet, and Security Auto Glass for all of my automotive needs. More

I have leased several vehicles and have been impressed with the whole staff. I am disappointed with General Motors. I am having problems with my Colorado and the radio went bad. Hank Graff has been workin with the whole staff. I am disappointed with General Motors. I am having problems with my Colorado and the radio went bad. Hank Graff has been working hard to get the parts for 20 days and they tell me it might still be another week or even a month. General Motors needs to concentrate on parts for ALL their vehicles instead of working trying to make so many EV cars. More
