This was the best service I have received since I been getting my oil change. The young man that waited on me was very good. The service and personnel involved was great. Responded to my questions with the appropriate answers. Nobody tried to xxxxxxxx me. They are always friendly and courteous. My only issue was the cost. Awesome service from Trent. Unfortunately I needed a transmission replacement on my 2018 suburban. Trent went above and beyond contacting GM about the very expensive repair and was able to reduce it. Kody was very good at keeping me updated about my car.. I drive a mini which isn’t their specialty but they did well/// my only complaint is that they didn’t have the tool to reset my tire monitors I paid $4 drive a mini which isn’t their specialty but they did well/// my only complaint is that they didn’t have the tool to reset my tire monitors I paid $400 to get replaced. So my car still reads low tires. I paid $857 for new tires and monitors which was ok but think maybe they should’ve had that tool to complete the job. More
