I sat for over 30 minutes wait for the truck in front of me to get moved off of the oil change bay. I seem to have had an issue every time I have gone to Hank Graff the last few years. They either seem to miss something they were supposed to do or fail to contact me with updates. My last visit was an o Hank Graff the last few years. They either seem to miss something they were supposed to do or fail to contact me with updates. My last visit was an oil change. I requested they change my wipers blades. They did not warn me that the blades we almost $50 each with a $15 installation charge. I immediately called to see if I could speak to someone about this. They said they would have them call the next day. I let them know I hoped they would, so I wouldn't have to give them a one-star review. No one contacted me after two weeks. I have been going there out of convenience. I will not be doing that again or buying my next car from them. More
