Said yes, but it’s really not that black and white. Work was completed timely and well, and they were able to get me in on short notice but I have my doubts that I was charged for the work fairly. I was quoted and charged for 7 hours of labor, but my car was only worked on for 6.5 (8:30 to 3:00) after the diagnosis/quote was provided and that includes the lunch hour when I assume the employee took a break to eat. Also, in searching for the job details (which is apparently a common issue on 2015 Yukons) online I found a GMC bulletin stating the job should take 3.2 hours. $1080 for 7 hours of labor, but perhaps it should have been around $500? That’s disconcerting. More

The car was supposed to be ready in 2 hours(1pm) didn’t get it back until the next day (4pm). It was almost going to be the following day. Which is crazy for a 2 hour job.
