I would first like to say this dealership from day one has always provided 110% customer satisfaction for myself, my family, and others I know in the community. One item I would really like to comment on has always provided 110% customer satisfaction for myself, my family, and others I know in the community. One item I would really like to comment on here is that I had Justin Price as a service writer for a few years, and now that he has gone onto a new opportunity within the dealership, I was introduced to Chase Bailey. As expected, I entered the dealership for a warranty issue and Chase was all over it. He immediately approached me in a kind, courteous and polite manner. Chase was asking all the necessary questions and introducing himself with interest in a long-term relationship with his customer (me). You can see Chase's passion, dedication, and devotion toward customer satisfaction and his appreciation for his customers as he continuously called me all morning with updates and was great with communication during the whole service. I just want to give a great recommendation to Chase Bailey and the service team at Hank Graff of Davison for their wonderful approach and winning customers for life as I am also an General Motors employee and take great pride in seeing when there are others such as Chase and the Hank Graff family that take such pride of winning and keeping our customers for life as our company strategy. Promptly took care of oil change and tire rotation.
