The set cover and floor mat for service was left in the vehicle. This is about the third time I have had little things that were not done at this dealership. Last time it was the oil message was not reset and there was no new sticker put in the window the time before that. Also it would be nice if they would give you a heads up that the price of an oil change has increased. More

Christian, work so hard and was very knowledgeable helping us find, looking for our Traverse. Which fell through dealer trade. They immediately prepared cleaning and getting all the paperwork and for transfer to Florida. Then on delivery, he tried prepare me for the long drive and explained all the new computer items. I have a lot more to read it’s quite a change from my 2013 Tahoe. Thank you so much Christian you’re such a patient person and very personable.
