I was very disappointed in the work performed on my truck. I was told it would be smoother to go with the dealership my insurance company recommended. They work with enterprise and file multiple unnecessary claims to rob customers of extra expenses. WATCH OUT! More

My service experience at Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison was excellent! My service advisor, Josh, promptly greeted me and let me know why my check engine light was on. He got me an appointment for the nex was excellent! My service advisor, Josh, promptly greeted me and let me know why my check engine light was on. He got me an appointment for the next business day. When I brought the car in, it was taken into service immediately, and a courtesy car was available to bring me home. I appreciated the video sent to me of the repair, also. The courtesy car picked me up within a half hour of being told my car was completed. Josh then explained all that was done. It was a great experience! More
