The service department crew [including Gary, Bob, & others--including the Safe-Lite windshield repair worker] at Hank Graff in Davison were so helpful yesterday as I brought my Equinox in due to ongoin others--including the Safe-Lite windshield repair worker] at Hank Graff in Davison were so helpful yesterday as I brought my Equinox in due to ongoing oil warning signals appearing on my dash, leaving me unsure whether my oil had emptied in less than 1/2 the dated time frame or whether it was a 'false alarm'-type notice. Even prior to coming, Bob spoke to me by phone, suggesting things I could try in order to save a trip in, but [age 69 hits again] & I couldn't resolve it, so I drove down there. I was greeted immediately by the team, was offered a ride home, and was told that any needed part should be delivered and switched out within the same day [also if I needed a return ride when finished to simply call them]. A couple hours later [nice weather day for a walk] my wife and I drove to Graff's in her vehicle, headed for a walk in Davison, but chose to stop by quickly for any update. Immediately, Gary saw me come in & told me that he was just ready to call me to return...no part needed...simple re-programming steps [which he slowly/patiently took time to demonstrate for my future knowledge]...very timely, patient, thorough care provided by all team members!!! Additionally...the safe-lite specialist had already fixed my windshield chip &.... when I simply [expecting no action] mentioned my wife's car having a windshield chip as well, within 15 minutes [while speaking with Gary further about the re-programming steps], my wife's windshield was all repaired and we were on our way. Thanks so much to ALL team workers involved for all 3 tasks, not simply '1', completed in a matter of several hours!!! More

With our family growing back in the 2014-2016 timing, we walked into many different dealerships. These dealerships were not friendly nor would they take the time and listen to what we were looking for and respect what we needed for a trade in, which our vehicles are extremely clean and well taken care of. All my friends ask for me to sell my vehicles to them prior to trading them in. When I walked into Hank Graff, I was greeted by Jason Conger. That changed our life. After many frustrating experiences at other dealerships Jason sat down with us, listened to our story, immediately had our vehicle taken back and appraised. After a long discussion and Jason learning about our family and how we are growing, Jason provided us with the best option along with explaining the safety of the vehicle and how it would accommodate our needs now only at the moment but with our growing family with another child on the way. The patience, diligence, dedication, and devotion to customer satisfaction from Jason was truly amazing. We were given what we needed on our trade in, treated like family, and were put in a vehicle that made not only sense for our family, but also offered the best safety for our family as well, which Jason was very tentative too with our new children. At this point we knew this would be our dealership for life. Jason also took the time to show us around the dealership, introduce us to his service team, and also made sure we understood everything on our vehicle prior to leaving after the purchase. Jason also followed up numerous times after our first purchase with the dealership which really grew on us as to his level of customer care and ensuring we were satisfied with our purchase. This happened once again, as our family grew and sports were starting to overwhelm our current car for space, Jason once again went through all the options that would fit our needs for our family, listened and was very tentative to each of our requests. We bought now our third vehicle from Jason. There has never been any pressure from the dealership and the sales team. Mike the sales manager is one of the best and most dedicated individuals I have ever met in making sure customer satisfaction is number 1 with also ensuring the experience is amazing. I am not able to provide enough gratitude and joy to the dealership, Jason Conger, and Mike the sales manager for another phenomenal experience. They also take care of my parents, sister, aunts, nephews, nieces, and all my friends. I am a GM employee, and it is heartwarming to see such a sales team concentrate so much on customer care and service. I can't explain nor can I find words to express my overwhelming satisfaction!
