The audacity you have to send me another review of your dealership, we this is the second time going in for service work to fix a leaking transmission seal. Well they finally get around to fixing it and u dealership, we this is the second time going in for service work to fix a leaking transmission seal. Well they finally get around to fixing it and upon removal and installation of the transmission the tech manages to just brutally damage the protective frame wax coating. So I take the truck back to the dealer and get told that’s just the way it is and there is nothing they will do to fix the messed up frame coating and that it won’t rust even know it’s right down to bare metal showing , so upon arguing with the service managers they finally agree to buy a spray can of touch up frame wax that I had to pick up so I can do the repair myself. Oh and to note: the transmission torque converter seal they replaced is still leaking now 600 miles later. More

My appointment was 7:30 , it was there 2 days and mechanics did not even look at it but I am expected to leave it in the dealership parking lot. I called on day two to see where we were in the process; Gary lied and said oh I see the mechanic is looking at it. I’ll check and call you right back.I again called back to check and was told the mechanic would look at it tomorrow. I picked my car up. I will not be back! More
