From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with the Service I received at this facility. I am a Service and Parts Director for a large Auto Group in Chicago and am retiring at the end of the month and Service I received at this facility. I got a tire light the other morning so I thought this would be a great time to try your Service Department. I easily navigated the online appointment scheduler. Within 15 minutes of making my appointment I received a call from Tina in the BDC to review my request. The rest went just as smooth also. I was greeted by a young man whose name I did not get but he was a greeter who used the E-advisor the same system we use in Chicago to get the process rolling. Next I met with Olivia my Advisor who did the walk around and was also very professional. Olivia explained the Iservice which is the exact video system our Technicians use also. I was showed the waiting room and within 30 minutes Olivia let me know my tire was patchable and what the fees would be. I was on my way back to Otter Lake in an hour and 15 minutes. I did go back to reception and thanked Olivia and gave her one of my cards. I wanted to talk to the Manager but he was unavailable but kudos to him, the staff was professional, accommodating and obviously properly trained. More
