I would recommend the service center but not Derek. When he did the estimation walk through, he looked like he did a thorough job, however when I came back to drop it off, he went out to look at it and When he did the estimation walk through, he looked like he did a thorough job, however when I came back to drop it off, he went out to look at it and he immediately said it would need more parts. It didn't need to be taken apart to notice more parts needed to be ordered. So, in short, it took more time for them to fix it because he missed the parts that should have been ordered after in the initial estimation. Also, when I went to get in my car to drive it home after it was finished, it wouldn't start. One of the service guys had to give me a jump. More
