Their service department is horrible! They cant tell me what is causing a low voltage code w/my brake assist they also made a comment that someone may have jumped my car at some point whi They cant tell me what is causing a low voltage code w/my brake assist they also made a comment that someone may have jumped my car at some point which No-one has at ANY point and so all the did was charge my battery want to send me on my way. When I requested further investigation into it especially since I feel this could possibly be a safety issue and this is a a 2024 Blazer they told me no. This place of business has no problems selling cars but when it comes to taking care of them after the sale they take no pride in it. Even just a couple months ago on this same car in this same service department I had to have my radiator replaced and I was told that there none left in the state or even in the US and they were on back order and bo ship date was given, so they couldn’t tell me when my car would be fixed. After we hung up I called another chevy dealer and they had 3 of the exact same radiators that were needed for my car. So I called back up to my service advisor and asked him if they had checked with other local dealers. He told me they had. At that point I said well thats funny, they have some at “said chevy dealership” why cant you get those, of course I got the let me call you back. I got a call back 1/2 hr later about telling me radiator would be done in the next hour half or so. Hmmm what a miracle. I have bought my last 3 cars there plus have had my parents buy their last 3 cars there but I WILL NO LONGER take my business here! More
5 Stars - Avoid Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison at All Costs!* I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison!. On 6/16/2025 I purchased a 2018 Ford F-15 Costs!* I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison!. On 6/16/2025 I purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 “As Is” which I voiced my concerns before signing the sales person Alex Show told me all used vehicle’s go through a thorough inspection. This lead me to trust them and signed the As Is. However, within a week, the truck started shifting poorly and randomly hard shifting. An auto shop diagnosed the issue as a faulty 10-speed transmission that needs to be replaced. When I contacted the salesperson Alex Show he brushed me off, citing the "As Is" contract. The sales manager Kameron Driskell initially offered to help with the transmission costs, but after further investigation revealed the engine was also burning oil and likely needed replacement, they suddenly changed their tune. The sales manager Kameron Driskell claimed they don't inspect used cars and price them based on appearance. When I mentioned seeking further action, they refused to help, citing the "As Is" contract again. The truck is currently not drivable, and the estimated repair cost for both the transmission and engine is over $20,000. I have not even made my first auto payment To make matters worse, I paid off my old auto loan and gave them a down payment which totaled a significant amount of money thinking I was getting a reliable truck. I paid 23k to drive a truck one week around town and now I have no transportation. This experience has turned my life upside down. I'm unable to work, and my son with disabilities can't get to his doctor's appointments. The financial burden is overwhelming. *Don't make the same mistake I did. Hank Graff Chevrolet's business practices are deceptive, and they'll do anything for a sale at your cost. Avoid them at all costs!* Kimberly Talbot More
Chase was very professional and polite and made the entire process very easy.
