My sales person, Alex, was wonderful. He brought out a vehicle for me to trust drive, and was very knowledgeable about the trade-in process even though I was trading in a Ford. I kept joking with he and the other people on the sales team that I did not need to test drive my car because if you’ve test driven one SUV, you’ve test driven them all. After having my car for a few days, I totally take that back, this car is as much fun to drive as the Tiburon that I used to own eons ago. The only suggestion I would give is the lady that called me from the dealer to confirm my appointment kept trying to get me into an earlier appointment. I explained several times to her that I chose this time for a specific reason due to family needs of the vehicle before she finally confirmed the time I had chosen. Not a major issue as most customers probably would want an earlier appointment but if I wanted ASAP service I would have just dropped it off without an appointment. I took my 2013 Impala to Graff for an oil change in the late afternoon. The team recommended an air filter change. The replacement filter is now a bit thicker than the OE. After verifying that it was, indeed, the correct part, they had a hard time making it work. The oil change and filter replacement complete, I was on my way. I soon noticed a fluttering noise from the engine and returned to the shop for them to review the situation. A broken vacuum part was discovered and replaced. All is well.
