This one is tough. Hanl graff has always been a great dealership. Between personal and business vehicles I have probably bought over 40 from them. All gas vehicles. Now I purchase an EV from them and I am having tons of problems with it and a great many of them are with the service department and 'no problem found'. This has been going on since 8/24. The problem may be intermittent or is easy to duplicate when you do things a specific way. For instance with a battery problem we have, to duplicate the problem you need to charge the vehicle using our level 1 charger to 90%, drive 10 miles and you will be under 80%. Dealership says no problem found. They didn't bother to charge it up before testing and didn't even notice our charger in the car. I only make a big deal about this because it didn't used to operate this way until we had a high voltage system failure, heating failure, telematics module failure, radio failure, and many others. These all happened at different times. We pick the vehicle up from one repair to find that the dealership created a new one or missed something else. If you are looking to go EV hank graff may not be the place to go. More

The service department is not very well trained on EV vehicles. They will release vehicles from service and you may only get a few miles away and see 'High voltage problem service vehicle soon'.
