Friendly, accommodating. That being said, the first sales person I had did not return my calls even after I called and was told, by her, she would call “right back”. After waiting 2 weeks for information from her, I asked for a new sales person. I discovered the first sales person had cashed the check I left with her that was supposed to “hold” the vehicle until I could see it, as it was not on the lot. It was not supposed to be cashed. I told her I never put funds in that account. She assured me it wouldn’t be cashed, but given back at signing. It was cashed and caused my account to be overdrawn. This cost me $28. My husband and I have been buying vehicles from this company since it was Graff Ford. We bought our first car as a married couple from Graff Ford (a Torino). I would like this company to live another 100 years but if your salespeople continue to ignore phone calls, instructions, or make promises they can’t keep in this manner, I’m afraid it will diminish the company’s reputation and possibly it’s longevity. Also, the vehicle I leased was one the company used for its purposes. It had approximately 2,000 miles on it when I leased it. At the signing, not before, I was told that my 3 year, 10,000 mile per year lease had been demoted to right around 9700 (not positive) miles per year because 2,000 miles had already been used. From my point of view this is trickery. I’m paying for a 10,000 mile lease, but not getting the full benefit. Why should I pay the company for miles I didn’t, nor can, use???!! This is suspicious and tricky business practice. I would like a better explanation than “this is just how it’s done.” The company should pay for the miles they made use of, not the customer leasing the vehicle. If I had to rate my most recent experience on a scale from 1-5, with 5 being the absolute best, I would have to give the company a 2.5 rating. My salesperson was friendly, helpful and (accommodating up to a point). He could not answer my question referenced above regarding the lease mileage. Nor was he allowed to give those miles back in the lease. This is not his fault. It’s the “company policy.” I would deal with Jacob again. Thank you for this opportunity. More
