Just needed a routine oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment the day before, got right in, and was there less than an hour. Entire staff was welcoming and courteous. Chris Horwath, Tyler and Hermi were all friendly, answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. Our appointment was at 1:30 p.m. and we drove out the door with a new car by around 5:30 p.m. answered all of our questions in a very timely manner.
