My experience with Hanford Hyundai was stellar and a pure delight. All of us have, at one point in time, dealt with your stereotypical used car salesman. You know what I'm talking about; the kind of salesm delight. All of us have, at one point in time, dealt with your stereotypical used car salesman. You know what I'm talking about; the kind of salesman that the minute you step out of your car, he greets you with a, "can I help you", which is quickly followed by a, "what can I do to get you in a car today". You get the sense that you are a gazelle and you've just wandered into a pack of starving ravenous hyenas. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLACES! Al Vasquez was awesome! He was like the uncle I never had. I felt like he had my back. He didn't even pressure me into a Hyundai, when I was looking at the 09' Toyota Camry on his lot. I feel like I could call him for car advice, even if it didn't result in him making a sale. In summary, a dealership is defined by it's salesman. Lets face it, bad salesman, make bad dealerships, while GREAT SALESMAN, MAKE GREAT DEALERSHIPS.
