Went by the dealership to look at the new Veloster and was pleasantly surprised by the staffs vigor for working with me and my schedule. They showed a very professional manner but at the same time were w was pleasantly surprised by the staffs vigor for working with me and my schedule. They showed a very professional manner but at the same time were warm and not "pushy" when discussing a purchase. They held the car for me when I called and said that I wanted it, which is more than I can say from some past experiences with other dealerships. When it came time to make the purchase, Sean went to bat for me to get the sale price between what I offered and what they wanted (sorry Sean). Gilbert was extremely polite and very competent at his job. The power point presentation he had for the "extra protections" you can buy for your car (warranty, paint & interior protection) was a VERY pleasant surprise as I have gone through the same thing with tiny print little pamphlets too many times to count. When we decided what we would purchase extra, Gilbert said ok and we proceeded. Too many times I have been badgered about buying more after stating my decision. It was so refreshing to be treated as an informed consumer and not a child. Thank you Gilbert! The turn over of the car was great and everything was explained. I will DEFINITELY be going back to Hanford Hyundai for more purchases and even servicing my Ford there. More
They were very polite and not pushy. Worked with cooperatively and reasonably to come up with a deal that was satisfactory for us. The car had a small chip in the paint that was fixed perfectly - you could'nt tell. It was just a great overall experience. We couldn't be more pleased! More

The folks at Hanford were very friendly, professional and willing to work with the customer's needs (myself). They didn't have the car I wanted in their inventory, but searched extensively to find exactly w willing to work with the customer's needs (myself). When they did find the exact match, they were able to secure a trade that same day and still negotiate a fair price. After going without a car for two months and doing my research, I knew what I wanted. Both Al and Kirk, and for that matter, the other employees, that I talked with were extremely friendly and answered my questions in a knowledgeable polite manner. I walked in to purchase a new car but found out that a used car better fi my budget. The sales person Al was very helpful in making my vehicle purchase comforable. The overall enviroment was nice. I'm happy with my car purchase though and I would recommend this dealership if someone was looking for a Hyundai to purchase. More
