My husband and I had an okay experience purchasing our vehicle, but I feel the experience could have been a little more pleasant with the funding proc My husband and I had an okay experience purchasing our vehicle, but I feel the experience could have been a little more pleasant with the funding process of our new vehicle and the payoff of our trade in. We traded our car in on August 4th and it did not get paid off until August 31st. We were told invalid information every time we spoke with someone and I felt it was just to get us to stop calling. I would however like to complain at the fact that I was looking at vehicles online and "thought" I found an SUV within price range only to find out that your online pricing automatically thinks applies the "special" discounts such as (military). I was not impressed with that at all. Please feel free to contact me, I don't mind having a over the phone conversation. Last but not least I would like to add that our sales guy was pretty pleasant to work with. More
