Robbie was amazing handling my vehicle but it took me almost 3 weeks for answers and finally I personally went into the dealership and had to be rude, to finally get things fixed, but it took almost 2 w almost 3 weeks for answers and finally I personally went into the dealership and had to be rude, to finally get things fixed, but it took almost 2 weeks to get my car back. I feel like my car should have been handle by one person from the beginning, instead of everyone hands being in the pot. This is a prime example of how things fall through the cracks and why I had to take my car back a second time for the same thing, when they had it for a whole month the first time and then turned around and had to take it back a month later, when it could have been resolved right the first time around, instead of half assing it. Its been a hassle but I truly feel like everything will be better now, because by the end of my experience I could finally breathe and my car runs greats. Thank you again to Robbie, Joe and Dom for keeping communication open with me and giving me a daily update of what my car status was. More

My initial meeting with the service advisor was very good but the "under warranty" part was backordered & took an extraordinary amount of time to come in & then once it did come in, it took a long time to ac but the "under warranty" part was backordered & took an extraordinary amount of time to come in & then once it did come in, it took a long time to actually get it installed, because, I was told the diesel mechanic was very busy. I had to be very persistent to get the job done. I did enjoy working with service advisor Robert & eventually we got the job done. More
