Handy Toyota - Service Center

I purchased a Corolla over a year ago. At that time I had a car that was having a lot of problems that were covered by an excellent warranty, but in my line of work I need my car all day, and I decided t had a car that was having a lot of problems that were covered by an excellent warranty, but in my line of work I need my car all day, and I decided to let it go. I went to another Toyota dealer in South Burlington, but I felt like I wasn't taken seriously because I was still shopping around and deciding what I wanted. I had driven a Yaris (rental) while my old car was in the shop again, and it really felt like a well-made, solid little car. That's when I decided to go with Toyota. When I checked out Handy Toyota and first spoke with Adam, he was very helpful without being pushy. I decided to go for a test drive, and he handed me the keys and said "take as long as you want". I think that sold me more than the test drive! A couple months ago my Corolla was in the shop (for a Fender Bender) and I enjoyed the rental they provided so much, I decided to trade. Again Adam was very helpful, returning calls promptly, answering all my questions and helping me work out what would be best for me. A few weeks later after calling Toyota Financial, I called Handy's to find out about getting the last payment on my first Corolla refunded, I thought for sure there would be some loophole reason why I would not be entitled to the refund, but I was on the phone less than a minute, and my check was in my mailbox the next day. Brought my Prius in today for it's first 1200 mile oil and filter, and mentioned a vibration that was annoying me in the right front end. Got a call from Todd by 10am saying the car was ready, that they had reproduced and located and fixed the vibration, and I could pick it up any time. I am greated with a friendly smile and addresed by first name. The service is perfomed on time and at reasonable price. The guys always go the extra mile to keep me happy.
