I brought my RAV4 in for an oil change. I dropped in off early a.m. and planned to pick it up when I got out of work late afternoon. I received a phone call by mid- a.m. saying the service team noticed it early a.m. and planned to pick it up when I got out of work late afternoon. I received a phone call by mid- a.m. saying the service team noticed it was due for an inspection and would I like that done as well. I hadn't noticed that it was due and really appreciated the phone call and getting that done at the same time. The service team was great! Thanks so much! More

My boyfriend and I recently bought a Toyota at Handy Chevrolet and were able to visit Handy Toyota to access the sales record before deciding to buy the car. After we bought the car, I took it back to Handys to have the tire pressure light checked. I appreciated the fact that they let me know how long it would take (and were true to that!) they also helped install my license plates and apply touch-up paint to my hood, free of charge. We have been very happy with the personal service that we have received at both dealerships. Handy Toyota is definitely worth the drive. More

When we purchased the vehicle in June, my husband and I were told that the oil change was free whether it be regular or synthetic oil. When I went in today, I was informed that we had to pay the differenc were told that the oil change was free whether it be regular or synthetic oil. When I went in today, I was informed that we had to pay the difference between the regular and synthetic oil. We didn't mind paying for this but we were misled at the time of sale and this should be corrected so other customers are not misled. More
