We used the service department for the first time. We got ourselves into a predicament, down to our last key, and misplaced it!! Locked out of the truck, out of town, and no way to access it. Called Han got ourselves into a predicament, down to our last key, and misplaced it!! Locked out of the truck, out of town, and no way to access it. Called Handy's, explained our situation, and they were right there for us. Long story short, within 24 hours, we were towed to the center and had two keys waiting for us and were on our way!! As foolish as we felt, they made it seem so normal a situation. They treated us so well, beyond words! Dealt with Adam and Ethan, great assets to your company! More
