Unacceptable service Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality. Joe More

Buying a used truck The salesman who was very helpful for me was John godin . the only real issue with the whole experience with this dealership was that someone had lost The salesman who was very helpful for me was John godin . the only real issue with the whole experience with this dealership was that someone had lost the keys and key fob.. when my salesman John godin inquired about this the mechanic had the chance to get a key programmed to the truck for the test drive.. when John whent to management to get some answers to the keys and fob he was told that I have to go get a key made at my expense to even have a spare key.. salesman John godin was great to work with,managment needs to step up to the next level to get the 5 star rating..
