Chevrolet Sonic I recently bought a used certified Chevrolet Sonic from Handy Chevrolet and worked with Matt Artus. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and all the staff made the process straightforward and quick. Matt was always enthusiastic and we test drove two cars for a good amount of time. The car was in good condition and was a great deal with the warranty. My Sonic's manual transmission is zippy and is the easiest manual I've ever driven. The LT model also had some nice features like Bluetooth, OnStar trial that Matt helped me set up. The dealership was also very clean and appointments were on time. I also liked that I never felt pressured. They even gave me a full tank of gas before I left! More

Unacceptable service Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality. Joe More
