Matt and his finance manager Ken were both very transparent about what was happening during the paperwork and kept the process moving as best they could. As for the website, its was by far the best I found. Other sites post a few pictures of the exterior of the truck, but these guys get right in there and I got 75 pictures to look at online so I knew exactly what the truck looked like inside and out before even arriving on the lot. Truly Amazing Sales Experience My goal was to purchase a hybrid car, which I knew little about. I explained what I was looking for, what I needed to know to make a decision, and discussed my budget. We met later that afternoon, at which time he had the car charged up in front of the dealership ready for a test drive. As we were driving, he led me through the intricacies of the vehicle. He was very prepared with a lot of information about this new technology. It was refreshing to work with someone so professional and that sincerely cared about doing an outstanding job, Once the purchasing decision was made, Marc made the rest of the transaction a piece of cake. Very, very impressive! And on top of all of that, by the time I drove off in the Volt, the entire car features, (Bluetooth, Xm, On Star, etc.) were all programmed and ready to go. A thoughtful gesture. I have in the past purchased more expensive vehicles from high end car dealers, but never have gotten such great service and honesty as I did here. More

Pretty good first dealership buy Marc, the salesman, was the best part of the overall experience. He was very personable and accessible throughout the procedure. May want to consider private sale of your vehicle rather than trading in. Final detail of the vehicle was sub-par, had to touch up some areas on my own when I had the car home. I do love the car. Overall, I would recommend Handy Chevrolet and Marc. If it weren't for him, I likely would not have came back. More
