After having an argument the sales manager said it is a mistake in pricing and they will take correct it. However, one day later nothing changed and the car still falsely advertised for the price you will never get. SCAM! More

The next thing I know I’m getting a text from someone else: Text:So let me get this straight.. you want to buy our car for less than wholesale including taxes, title, tag, and all other state mandated fees?Why would I do that? I got a nice 2014 Elantra.. Me:You’ve had the car on market for awhile and Scott said the price was negotiable unless your dealer fees are sky high you’re only looking at a 500 drop. Unworthy of My Business Six weeks ago, I went shopping for a new VW. I went to three dealerships with one quote on my cell phone from a competing VW dealership in the area Six weeks ago, I went shopping for a new VW. I went to three dealerships with one quote on my cell phone from a competing VW dealership in the area. I test drove the car and I liked the color - the only difference, mind you - and asked the salesperson if the could match the price/deal I had on my phone. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, answered all my questions, and I enjoyed working with him. All was going surprisingly well until we get to the sales manager. He questioned me several times about where I got the figures from, who did I speak with, etc. I showed him my phone - a text message from the salesman with his first and last name on it - told him the first name of the sales manager that approved the deal, and that the Internet price had changed during the course of the weekend as I had been watching it. End result, he didn't believe me, would not match the deal, and was going to charge me almost $3,000.00 extra for the same vehicle in a different color. WTH? I left after he told me he would hold on to the deal after I "confirmed" the deal with the other dealership. Ha! I left, called and spoke to the salesman on his cell phone - he gave me his personal number - and I picked up the car the next day without any issues. As for the deal waiting at VW of Orange Park? I hope they are not holding their breath! I will never go back! More

Brake Service for my Volkswagon Brian, the customer service rep is the best and if I had to hand pick my rep he would be my choice hands down. Whenever I call and leave a message on Brian, the customer service rep is the best and if I had to hand pick my rep he would be my choice hands down. Whenever I call and leave a message on his voicemail he returns all my calls in a timely manner. He keeps me up to date with the progress of my vehicle and he is honest and upfront with the work and how much it is going to cost I really appreciate that. Keep up the great job you're doing Brian. He had looked at the tire and told me that recommended that since I had repaired it twice that I had needed a new tire so I talked with the dealership and got my tire replaced. Daniel was a good car technician and wanted to thank him for doing good work and for helping me fix my car. More

The service manager/Director Mike Poremba is extremely rude and does not value you as a customer. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. They will not have your best interest at Heart and will just tell you to go away and leave you on hold for long amounts of time. I would have received better service under a tree than I received from these people. Mike also sent me outside to go get my car knowing that the dashboard was taken apar, the battery was dead and cars were blocking it from being moved. More

2nd experience trumps 1st My 1st experience with the service center seemed just fine and should have after the $979 bill. But within 2 weeks the skid plate fell off and although they were the only ones to work on the car, it was my fault. They insisted I ran over something and tore it off. Well for that to have happened, I would have been sitting on the side of the road waiting for AAA. Needless to say if the skid plate comes loose as you are doing 70 mph on 295 then forces of nature will take care of removing it for you. And although a quick search shows skid plates for $72, it was my fault and I ran over something. Mind you this happened mid-day on Sunday on my way to work... no traffic and no road debris. My reaction, put the plate back in the car and I will take care of it myself. Needless to say I will no longer seek service there and may seriously consider trading out of a VS. More
