Sister came here to purchase her second car ever and left the dealership happy, thinking she had accomplished something she was working hard for for months. 30 days pass and we get RUDE phone calls from Roger Rosario telling us that the vehicle contract didn’t go through and that we had to get there NOW regardless of what was going on in our lives and threatened they would REPOSSESS the vehicle, then proceeded to hang up on us. We contacted the GM named Jimmy to see if he could handle the situation and get down to the bottom of what the issue was, and was told that the contract that was sent to the back was DENIED, after getting pre approved and driving the car for almost a month!! We proceeded to contact the bank and they told us that the contact was CANCELED on the dealerships end. So therefore, we left the dealership thinking all our paperwork was squared away, when really the dealership decided to cancel it and not notify us of this until 30 DAYS LATER, while the paperwork sat in a drawer. Now we are having to RE RUN OUR CREDIT AND OUR CONTRACT IS VOIDED, completely starting the process all over again wasting our time and money. DO NOT BUY HERE. You are better off going to a buy here pay here place. More

We could not come to an agreement on my first visit, but after coming back a 2nd weekend, we were able to agree on financing that fit my budget. The wait after the handshake was a little long due to some unforeseen staffing issues but they took care of me and made it right. I now have access to an attentive Sales Manager (Chris) and Salesman (Kumar/Brian) who genuinely cared to help me get into the right car. Looking forward to working with them in the future. More

After having an argument the sales manager said it is a mistake in pricing and they will take correct it. However, one day later nothing changed and the car still falsely advertised for the price you will never get. SCAM! More
Rude and condescending I was communicating about a vehicle by text with two different salesman and made offer as I had my own financing. Both Scott and Andrew were very nic I was communicating about a vehicle by text with two different salesman and made offer as I had my own financing. Both Scott and Andrew were very nice and tried to help. The next thing I know I’m getting a text from someone else: Text:So let me get this straight.. you want to buy our car for less than wholesale including taxes, title, tag, and all other state mandated fees? Why would I do that? I got a nice 2014 Elantra.. Me:You’ve had the car on market for awhile and Scott said the price was negotiable unless your dealer fees are sky high you’re only looking at a 500 drop. I’m already approved for flat 15,000 and can close tomorrow. I’m not interested in anything else! Good luckWho is this by the way? Text:New phone? Me:No it just doesn’t sound like Andrew Text:Your right. I’m the finance manger. My name is Kevin. I was brought this offer and needed to text you myself. I own this car for $16,706.48. Not all vehicles are negotiable and if you think about it I wouldn’t advertise my 2nd best price. I want to sell you a car but it won’t be for 15otd. The outright rudeness continued and the fees he was trying to charge me were double what other dealers charge. A simple sorry we don’t have any more wiggle room in the price would have been suffice. It amazes me they stay in business after my experience andvready other reviews including the Better Business Bureau. More
Unworthy of My Business Six weeks ago, I went shopping for a new VW. I went to three dealerships with one quote on my cell phone from a competing VW dealership in the area Six weeks ago, I went shopping for a new VW. I went to three dealerships with one quote on my cell phone from a competing VW dealership in the area. I test drove the car and I liked the color - the only difference, mind you - and asked the salesperson if the could match the price/deal I had on my phone. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, answered all my questions, and I enjoyed working with him. All was going surprisingly well until we get to the sales manager. He questioned me several times about where I got the figures from, who did I speak with, etc. I showed him my phone - a text message from the salesman with his first and last name on it - told him the first name of the sales manager that approved the deal, and that the Internet price had changed during the course of the weekend as I had been watching it. End result, he didn't believe me, would not match the deal, and was going to charge me almost $3,000.00 extra for the same vehicle in a different color. WTH? I left after he told me he would hold on to the deal after I "confirmed" the deal with the other dealership. Ha! I left, called and spoke to the salesman on his cell phone - he gave me his personal number - and I picked up the car the next day without any issues. As for the deal waiting at VW of Orange Park? I hope they are not holding their breath! I will never go back! More
