Coming from 2 1/2 hours away he respected our time by having documents ready, vehicle detailed and took the time to personally go thru the vehicle to assure everything was completed. Unprofessional I took my vehicle in for squeaking brakes. I was told that they’re could not duplicate the problem. The blew out brake dust and test drove the vehicle I took my vehicle in for squeaking brakes. I was told that they’re could not duplicate the problem. The blew out brake dust and test drove the vehicle no problems. While I was picking up my vehicle the dealership misplaced my keys. I noticed my keys and pointed them out to the attendant. They forgot to put a tag on the keys. After we drove away from the dealership the brakes noice was evident. I called to schedule an appointment with another dealership. The technician explained to me that the noice we were hearing is normal with all Volkswagen vehicles. And he said that the other technician should have shared this information with me. I will be taking my vehicle to another repair facility from today forward. This is my second bad experience with this dealership. There will be no third. Remember it’s your loyal customers that help keep the lights on. More

What a great buying experience! This was my second time back, as I purchased a TDI one year ago from this location. Kumar was my salesman last time, and he treated me so well that we This was my second time back, as I purchased a TDI one year ago from this location. Kumar was my salesman last time, and he treated me so well that we kept and contact and I came back yesterday to buy an R-Line Tiguan. Due to work constraints, I was on limited time. I got there and he already had the car waiting to go for me to overview and test drive. After quickly giving me the overview of the car, we returned and went over pricing, where I was trying to get, etc. Being that I had a trade the management quickly overviewed it. With time running short, I submitted my credit app, and was promptly told all looked well and they would call me to discuss numbers so I could get back to work. Less then 30 minutes later, I receive a call from the sales manager Scott directly. He lets me know that all was well and I was approved at 0% and was within 10$ of where I was trying to be, prior to even negotiating. Upon this, I contacted Kumar and we began the process of buying while at work via email. Following work, I returned to the dealership where all the paperwork was there and ready to go, along with my new vehicle. I was quickly in and out, ultimately getting to where I wanted to be from the start payment wise. Prior to leaving, Patrick came out even to introduce himself, and we briefly chatted, along with him congratulating me and thanking me for my business. With this I will say that next time I am in the market for a VW, I will be using them again without question. More

Took '15 EOS to dealership for service (oil change and some warranty items) we purchased the Vehicle, which w I will tell you the story, you decide. Took '15 EOS to dealership for service (oil change and some warranty items) we purchased the Vehicle, which was VW certified, from dealer in June of 2018. It was advertised as having a backup camera. The camera has since stopped working. After being told that we were on the hook for a 4xx service charge for removing the bumper, the backup camera was aftermarket and would not be covered by the warranty. After asking why they didn't know that from just looking at it, i was told there was no way of knowing without removing the bumper. Subsequently, i learned that the VW camera is actually in the emblem on the trunk lid. After further complaining the removed the charge. I was also told that i needed to have the Transmission serviced. I told the service person that i had it done the previous year at the same dealership. He told me that they had no record of it. I told him NO. Upon picking up the vehicle, i should him the receipt, from their dealership, that showed the transmission service. He told me that their system would only show the first four items from a receipt. So i have a broken camera that was sold to me from this dealership and they refuse to honor the warranty. I sit on my tail. More
