They were all pretty pleasant. But my service advisor dropped the ball over and over. He never put my phone number in the system, after giving it to him multiple times. They never did my oil change, and it’s not on my request because he never added it. Him and I spoke about it a few times and then he just didn’t. They don’t answer their phones and when they do they don’t call back. They just kept pushing my car back. “We have the parts and we’ll get it in first thing in the morning…we just got your parts in, we will have it done shortly…it should be done by the time the techs go home at 5…” message comes at 5:30 that it’s finally done. Same with my initial inspection. 9am appointment, then I drop it off the night before and they tell me it’s 11am, when I know for a fact it was 9am. Then they don’t look at it until late when it’s almost time to go. Got the message, on the wrong number, at 6pm. Ofc that leaves no time for me to pick it up or for them to start work until the following day. And when the following day came they again didn’t do it until late in the day, even though they said they would fist thing. I did speak to the GM, he was lovely. He was polite and understanding of how the lack of communication and follow thru was frustrating. But after that his team dropped the ball again. Not his fault, since he can’t be everywhere at once. But definitely frustrating. More
