Poor sales and service. I purchased a vehicle and it was awful from the beginning. I had the vehicle for a day and it was jerking and it shut off a few times. Now the vehicle was as-is. I called my sales awful from the beginning. I had the vehicle for a day and it was jerking and it shut off a few times. Now the vehicle was as-is. I called my salesman Noah to inform him of the issue and returned the car. The next day I picked the car up and had the very same issues. I returned the car, this time they kept the car for about a month. I was told they had to order a part for the vehicle. I was contacted saying my car was ready and guess what...the same issues. To be honest I don't think any maintenance was done to the vehicle. I contacted Noah and told him about the issues and his response was "Well you did purchase it as is". I totally understand, but I would've at least thought that before selling a vehicle, the dealership would've done some type of maintenance inspection. Oh well I'll never ever purchase or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The finance manager tried to increase the price by $10,000 with extras, like extended service warranty, without me noticing. I had the press the issue for him to be transparent about the pricing and then take those off. There were two big obvious issues that I should have noticed but didn't on the test drive and my inspection. The infotainment screen was messed up but was manually dimmed. I noticed the screen wasn't working correctly on the way home from the dealership after I turned the screen back to normal brightness. I immediately contacted them about it, but they never responded to me after email and call. When I approached the sales manager in person, I was told that I bought it AS IS and that they weren't obligated to do anything. There was a power train issue that is luckily under warranty still. I also noticed it on my drive home from purchasing the vehicle. After approaching them with that issue it was the same response. I was told by the salesman and on the website that they only sell good used cars after a thorough inspection, but they're either lying about doing an inspection or they just tried to cover it up. I'm not a car guy, but immediately noticed the issues on the way home from the dealership. I know that it's my fault for not noticing the issues before purchase, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking that they were being honest about the car. More

Went in for yearly oil change and promo tire rotation. Had a 10:30 am appointment. Arrived on time. The entire process took 2 hours. The customer service person was very helpful and friendly. It Had a 10:30 am appointment. Arrived on time. The entire process took 2 hours. The customer service person was very helpful and friendly. It was shocking how many employees were roaming around the dealership without a mask - during a COVID-19 pandemic however, it was made very clear that customers were to wear a mask at all times. Additionally, while sitting in the service department waiting area a gentleman dumped out an entire collection of used shoes (he was also NOT wearing a mask) and began to shine an employee’s shoes - that was odd to say the least! More
