I recently purchased a 2021 Tiguan and within the first 4 months, I have had to get the starter replaced and the fuel gauge repaired. I know stuff happens, but when I went back in to see if they could potent months, I have had to get the starter replaced and the fuel gauge repaired. I know stuff happens, but when I went back in to see if they could potentially replace the car with a new one because of the issues, they tried to sell me a car with a $200 more a month payment. Horrible service for an issue on a new car. Look elsewhere if you want to be taken care of. More

VW of Orange Park has the worst service department and managers in the whole Hanania group they have no customer service skills and do not follow through and will let you be taken advantage of in the serv managers in the whole Hanania group they have no customer service skills and do not follow through and will let you be taken advantage of in the service department. Very bad service and management I own a 2014 Toureg and they totally screwed me had to take it to Osteen VW to get it fixed properly beware of the service department at Orange Park VW. More

A very bad visit . problems from early to end of visit. Still not sure our car is fixed properly after this visit. We are having a problem with the stairs going off on the car. They are claiming it is another sensor but we are having they same problem with all sensors going off. We told car we be ready by end of day on Thursday. We told them not to rush because we want it fixed right and we would not be there Thursday night because we had a doctor appointment. Friday morning called to check if car was ready told it was ready and to come on in. We were charged another $443.00 for another sensor which we paid for in February fir a left one. Now we had to paid for a right one. We arrived to pick up our car a hour and half later . Staff could not find our car keys anywhere. After about 10 minutes they finally found our keys and that our car was not ready. The mechanic was still working on our car. The mechanic came back and said there was another problem they maybe causing the sensor to go off. But they think the part is ok for now but maybe a problem. We had to leave and come back because our car would not be ready for at least another hour. We had another appointment so we could not wait a hour for our car and had to come back. When we came back they did apologize but they reminded us about possible problem for future. At this point not sure I have faith in the mechanic at this location or the sensors on these cars. Three times back for sensor problems with check engine lights appearing since February seems every two or three months having a problem. Scary.. Who ever reads this hopes looks into sensor problems on passats. Thanks More
