I'm extremely happy with the service I received today at the dealership. Nick was my service advisor and he was both courteous and professional throughout all phases on my check in and check out experience the dealership. I am very happy with the service & support I received. My service advisor Nick was very professional, he listened to my concerns and made recommendations that would best resolve the issues I reported. Okay. I only go because it is close to my home. Service is okay. Car is never ready on time. Add one hour-one hour and a half to whatever time they estimate. Gives that shady used car sales lot vibe to the experience. Overall a lot to be desired but hey it is a VW dealership after all. More

Terrible experience! Sold a lemon. Did not honor the contract. The manger did not bother to speak to us. Sent the sales person.No help to rectify the purchase. Disappointed customer.
