TC was a great salesman for someone new to the position. Mark was wonderful! He worked with me to get me in my new car. Chris was difficult to pin down to complete paperwork to finish sale. The approach to sale me a warranty package (that included oil changes, etc), was upsetting to me. I do not want to be "Forcefed" anything. I got inconsistent information about services provided after the sale. The family plan should be optional. I nearly left to see another dealership because I was forced to have this provided, affecting the cost of the car. Many thanks again to Mark and TC. More
Customer service is less than desirable. They only care about making the sale, it doesn’t matter if it make sense or not. The service department seems to be understaffed. It is unacceptable to have to wait two weeks for repairs or to have a key programed. Phones aren’t answered in a timely manner. And, The Customers are left holding the bag.. More
My experience at vw orange park was good. Marquis did a great job in listening to my needs and wants. From time I requested to see him from an email he sent me earlier that day, he didn't leave my side till the deal closed.
