Mr. Toraine Campbell is an outstanding Sales consultant. Extremely helpful and down to earth. Most importantly he is not overbearing and made our car buying experience worth the time invested. TC was a great salesman for someone new to the position. Mark was wonderful! He worked with me to get me in my new car. Chris was difficult to pin down to complete paperwork to finish sale. The approach to sale me a warranty package (that included oil changes, etc), was upsetting to me. I do not want to be "Forcefed" anything. I got inconsistent information about services provided after the sale. The family plan should be optional. Customer service is less than desirable. They only care about making the sale, it doesn’t matter if it make sense or not. The service department seems to be understaffed.
