From checking my warranty, to ordering the part necessary, to keeping me updated on when parts are received & when I should bring it out. I was very stressed but Inger & the team at Alfa Romeo of OP definitely helped me out & I couldn't be more relieved !!! More

He was helpful and even asked a mechanic about a loose body panel of my car. Cory, the mechanic, was really friendly too. And he fixed one panel immediately. I told Brian I want to pick up my car on Monday and Saturday he gave me a call to let me know the car is ready. Picking up was a pleasure. Brian explained the invoice and showed me the car and everything was done. That was an outstanding service of the guys working at the dealership. Much better than I have experienced before. World Class Service Darius at the Orange Park location is the best Car saleman you could meet. He was patience, considerate and found exact what I was looking for! A/C repair. I was satisfied with the work, but no one called me when my car was ready. It sat there ready and I was not contacted. I am not certain why I was not called and no one at the dealership could tell me why or how long it was ready. If I had not called to check on it, I am not sure how long it would have sat before they called me. I was given a loaner while they replaced my a/c compressor and I was satisfied with the service and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. More
Great Experience I came into the dealership 6 months ago to buy a vehicle and wass unable to buy the car I wanted. Three days ago, I received a phone call from Yohan the manager there. He asked how I was doing and if I was still interested in the Mitsubishi Outlande, and they he could get me into one. At first I was sceptical, bit I decided to make a appt and go in. When I first arrived I was greeted by Tim and was asked if he could get me a bottle water while he went to get Yohan. Yohan was prompt and introduced me to Yip a polite and professional salesman. After a few mins I was test driving and falling in love all over again with the Outlander. Long story short the dealership has completely changed from 6 months ago, this time I was treated like a queen and was able to leave with the Outlander of my dreams. Management, sales and experience was amazing this time. I highly recommend this dealerahip. More
NEVER AGAIN! I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from orange park Mitsubishi (new) The vehicle had less than 10,000 miles when it started having issues So far I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander from orange park Mitsubishi (new) The vehicle had less than 10,000 miles when it started having issues So far my vehicle has been in their service center OVER 4 times same issue (leaking coolant & over heating) and they can't figure it out. I've been stranded and missed work because of this vehicle multiple times. Now not only do I have same issue (coolant & overheating) but a new and even more serious issue.(will not accelerate and has a warning light that says slow down transmission overheating) So I took it back to the dealer. The only time I get any updates as to the status is if I call and even then I get told we will call you back and NEVER get a return call. I called today after almost a week of no news, I'm annoyed and even more confused I was told by Berry that the transmission needed replaced (day after I went to have it fixed) he said they knew that but was figuring out the coolant leak...now today Mark basically tells me the tech drove my car and can't find any issues with the transmission (even though it wouldn't accelerate and a warning light came on while i was taking it there) but wait there's more (just like a bad infomercial) they still don't know where coolant is going. So this new hunk of junk has been sitting there either not looked at for almost a week or I was lied to either way I'm furious. This has been an ongoing issue and I am at my breaking point of trying to resolve it. More

Test driving went smooth my salesman was friendly and not overbearing. Once I had settled on the model and trim I wanted, the negotiating didn't go too bad. I had an issue with the way they gave me their offer though it was just written in pen on a scrap piece of paper. They had an offer for my trade in and for the vehicle but nothing about an interest rate ( I wanted to finance through them) it was a Saturday at the end of the month so when I made my counter offers the responses took longer then usual. It took about two hours to come up with a deal. They took about another hour and a half to come up with the final paperwork for me to sign and their car registration database went down so I had to leave with a dealer plate. After the paperwork was signed one of the other salesman helped me grab stuff out of my old car. The car had a flat tire indicator and they didn't know how to reset it this was kind off surprising to me ( in fiats you have to drive for about 10 minutes after filling it and it goes off) I got a good deal, they made some money and I would recommend. The salesman also drove 30 minutes to bring me the registration the next day so I didn't have to go to them. I was there 9 hours total and about three of that was after we made a deal. Room for improvement for sure but no red flags. More

As my age advances I decided to look for upgrading to a 2015 500l Trekking. Our car was a showroom display. A fast and painless transaction took place. Our new car with a automatic has exceeded our expectations. Maybe next year we will do it again, who knows. Jamie, Richard, and the sales staff are awesome. Stop by for a visit.
