For some reasons it has been almost about one to two weeks the cat was delivered to me in NJ. I even had Sherman speak with the people at Kia to explain that the car was traded-in. I have purchased four cars from ur dealership, I even have people from out of state comparing your dealership to the dealerships here in NJ to see if there is a better deal. I have recommended your company to other people. This is unacceptable why is this car I traded in not paid for. Not to mention where is my referral check of $100 for the car for my granddaughter & for my daughter (which in order to buy I had to say was for me). When u attempted to back out this deal due to an uneasy feeling due to the fact that it was taking a long time to get $350 for my daughter bringing my car from NJ. I was told that the day the car was brought in she would be paid. Not until I called corporate was that corrected, Lou cash-app me the $350. I think this is unacceptable because I was told the car would be paid off by July 26 the due date. Here I am in August n Kia is reporting a late payment to my husband’s credit. This all could have been avoided because I would not have purchased the third car if I was not lied to about trading in my daughter’s car instead of my 2022 Mitsubishi. Even after being lied to I purchased my daughter a car in my name. This whole deal is being handled unacceptable. It needs to be corrected because it is not only me that is being effected by the lack of accountability to complete this deal as possible. My son was supposed to purchase a car this year from your company when I bring him. I truly cannot do anymore business with your company due to the errors in this deal. When we got there everything was pretty quick but then after test driving the vehicle that I️ wanted, it took hours to get everything taken care of. We test drove the vehicle within the first 10 minutes but we were there for about 4 hours just for paperwork. The worst part is they do not fill your vehicle with gas. I️ had filled the gas tank of my trade the day before and bought this new vehicle with about 30 miles of gas (on Empty) and was told they could not fill the gas tank for me. More
