Great shopping experience for a used car. No sales pressure whatsoever unlike in other car dealerships. My sales rep Alex was extremely attentive and courteous. I ended up buying a pre-owned 2010 Acu pressure whatsoever unlike in other car dealerships. My sales rep Alex was extremely attentive and courteous. I ended up buying a pre-owned 2010 Acura TSX which I am absolutely thrilled about. Hopefully this car will live up to its superb reputation for durability and excellence. More

I cannot express just how pleased I am with the service I received at Orange Park Mitsubishi. Before I had my Fiat towed here for service, I was getting a run around from another dealer in JAX that is suppos received at Orange Park Mitsubishi. Before I had my Fiat towed here for service, I was getting a run around from another dealer in JAX that is supposed to be able to repair Fiats. I called and spoke with Alex Fernandez. He spent close to 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the questions I should ask the OTHER service dept. I was not even his customer!!! After a week of terrible customer service and communication from the other dealership I had my car towed to Orange Park Mitsubishi. Alex maintained constant communication with me. He and his techs handled my repairs promptly and professionally. He went above and beyond, and I would recommend Orange Park Mitsubishi’s service department without hesitating! More
Liar and out of control manager On Saturday 7/11/2020 my wife and i arrived at Orange Park Mitsubishi to look at a small used truck we found on your website. Upon arrival I met with On Saturday 7/11/2020 my wife and i arrived at Orange Park Mitsubishi to look at a small used truck we found on your website. Upon arrival I met with a salesman. he was very nice and let us drive the truck. While talking in the parking lot, we were also greeted by another salesman named Daniel. Daniel was very nice and explained he knew all about this truck and explained some history about it. After being there over an hour talking and test driving, we went back inside into an office. At this time, they came up with a price total with all the fees. My wife did some numbers and we determined that the fees were too high and made an offer $1000 less. At this time, salesman did his sales thing and said ok, here is your number. If i can get you this number you agree to buy the car right now. We agreed to do that and my wife signed the paper next to the price we offered. He leaves the office and comes back a while later and says "great news" he accepted the offer. We proceed to fill out all the paperwork and sign and initial every piece of required paper. We then sat and were waiting for them to enter all the information to finalize this agreed upon deal and get us a tag for the truck. After another hour passed, we asked them to go check on the paperwork. (we had an appointment at 1:00 and we arrived around 10:00) Salesman then leaves again and comes back a short time later and says, "we have a problem". We said ok, what is the problem. He stated that the manager did not really look at the paperwork when he agreed to sell the car and he was no longer interested in selling the car at that price. We signed it and he verbally agreed to it, printed paperwork and both sides filled out the paperwork. Technically that is a contract. We then asked to speak with the manager. He did not want to speak with us but eventually stormed into the office and asked why we wanted to talk to him. He was breathing heavily and sweating and was very irritated. We explained the situation and his first response to us was "i do not care, i am not selling the car for that price '' We tried to talk to him and everything we said, he responded with "i don't care" before we could finish the sentence. At one point, he did sarcastically say I'm sorry. We said, are you really sorry and he said "NO". He acted very rudely to my wife and would not let her explain the situation. honestly we would have paid full price because the car worked for what we needed and we had already invested almost 3 hours in this. It was once he became rude and yelled that we were turned off. When he just kept yelling "i don't care" at my wife, i told him he was acting like a DICK. He stepped towards me and bowed his chest like he was going to hit me. He was out of control and nothing would have surprised me at this point. We then left. Before we could leave the parking lot, Daniel came and talked to us. Daniel did all he could to make us happy. Daniel maintained communication with me most of Saturday, Sunday and even followed up on Monday. Daniel went above and beyond doing all he could to get the price lowered. We even went to the service dept to see if they would lower their repair bill so he would lower the car price a little. He was fighting for $100 at a time. He was not even our salesman! You have a good in Daniel, but whoever the manager was is a ticking time bomb ready to explode. The manager on the paperwork we signed was Brian. *** I did speak with the GM on Tuesday and explained the situation to him. He was very nice. I just want you to prepare the next customer that it is not a deal until you are off their lot, not matter what they agree to! Be careful with this manager. Good Luck! More
