Can I do 0 stars My 22 year old son purchased his first car from this dealership. I specifically asked the salesman about the service on this car and why the car was “running rough”. He stated that t first car from this dealership. I specifically asked the salesman about the service on this car and why the car was “running rough”. He stated that the previous owner had different “pipes” on the car which made it a little louder and Walter the sales manager at some point while we were there reiterated that the car was “well kept up by the previous owner and had no problems”. Now here 3 months later my son has moved out of town and the vehicle is in the shop and may need a new engine. Whenever I contact the dealership the general manager Dave just keeps saying “well you have the extended warranty” . The warranty has a $100 deductible, however, before the warranty company will “determine if they will fix it or not”, we have to pay, so far $2600 for the dealership to take the car apart and find out exactly what the warranty company needs to fix. This appears to be an issue that was known to the dealership prior to selling the car and an issue that they chose not to fix and not to disclose. The dealership has not tried to help us for make this right AT ALL. Dave just keeps referring us to the warranty company.
